Q: Is it human hair?

A: 100% human hair (We don't sell synthetic, it's just that normally some customers ask us to lessen the price value for their packages, and write synthetic ,so that their customs don't charge them a lot of money to clear it,Sometimes the customers don't even ask us to write, we do ahead and do it to help them pay less money to clear)

Q:is it true to length?

A: It is true to length, different wavy has different degrees of shrinkage,the length is the stretched length from top to the bottom long hair.

Q: If I have hair quality issue in the future,how to solve it?

A:Please message the vendor,u will get a satisfied solution within 20 minutes when working time, please don't open dispute or leave negative review before your issue solved.

Q. Did the hair keep pattern well after washing?

A:Except body wave does not act well, other textures all keep the pattern well after wash. The reason for body wave "loose texture" is the body wave is not kind of original very wavy hair that's why after wash it turns to natural wavy or natural straight. Other than that this is Great quality hair can dyed to any color, curl and wand beautifully!

Q. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

A:All the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want, except #613,buy you need to do it professionally to get exact color without damage the hair. Human hair will dry easily after leaving the donor, there fore pls do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.

Q. What's the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?

A:We recommend 160~180 Celsius degree or 320~360 Fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control. Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

Q. Will this hair hold curls well?

A:Yes! Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips: Find correct temperature for hair curling. We will suggest u raise the temperature little by little to test it out.

Time control is very important, we will suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8~10 seconds with proper temperature.

Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day :)

Q. Why does the hair shed or tangle?

A:New hair will have few strands initial shedding which is normal. Excessive shedding & tangle may come from:

a. poor weft construction

b. weft cutting

c. dry hair
